GAME RULES!!

The user agrees that they our solely responsible for all actions that occur under his account.

Multiplication Of Account

This is consider cheating and you will be banned from the game. Having more than one account is forbidden! If you are banned and make another account. Your IP address will turned over to the FBI cyber crime units, for prosecution of internet fraud! An IC3 will be issued by the games law firm!

2. Shared Computers

Sharing a computer or accounts is not allowed under any circumstances. Because we can not determine who has multiple accounts on one computer or who is sharing a computer with someone else, we must assume that you are cheating and one or both accounts will be banned. For this reason, we do not suggest signing in from a public computer. Using your friend�s computer to check your account or signing into their account will result in one or both accounts being banned. The use of the same IP address is acceptable AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT SHARE THE SAME COMPUTER. Once an account has been banned for cheating, it will not be unbanned.*****Being a Supporter does not make you exempt from the rules in any way, or qualify you for special treatment. All accounts caught cheating will suffer the same punishment, regardless of whether you are a supporter or not. You have been warned.*****

3. Outside Programs and Glitches and Cheating

Using an outside program, glitch, or any browser tricks (including plug-ins and auto refresh/load) in the game to alter the affects of the game is considering cheating. If you are found abusing either one, your account may be removed. Please report any bugs or glitches you find in the game. This includes if you are given extra turns and do not report it, to the admin right away, this cheating!! If we find you are a abusing them, we will have your account banned.

THIS IS CONSIDERED CHEATING!! THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS!!! If you donated in any round and are caught Cheating or Abusing or Taking advantage of any rule!! YOU WILL BE BANNED PERMANENTLY!!! The games law firm, will also file charges against you and with FBI for internet fraud!

4. Quitting/Leaking

DO NOT ASK US TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT SO YOU CAN START A NEW ONE. This is cheating. If you open an account, attack somebody, ask us to close it, start a new one and attack him again it is just like using multiple accounts. We won't close any account. You just have to wait for the new round to start over from scratch. If you want to quit just leave and the next round you won't have any Mafioso registered. You would be able to play other rounds later. Do not put in your profile, "get cash from me, free cars". Do NOT post or advertise your giving away free money or anything else for that matter. That is considering leaking and may get you removed from the game.

5.Farming Kills

Farming kills to your friends or family members is considered cheating! Being given kills to win a killer units in main or mini is cheating! If you leave your family to give kills to another family member, or you leave to kill your family is farming kills. Same as if you have a friend build up defensive units. Or just sign up or log in to a round to give you kills(i.e. they log in get maxed and build du's and give you revenge or suicide on you) This is farming kills and considered cheating! The person that was getting the farmed or free kills. Will have his kills reset to zero!! For that round no exceptions! If you are found hitting family members being enforcer for maxing and they have guns, it will be considered farming kills from your family! Enforcer maxing someone in there family. The person being maxed has to have no guns and it only take 1 or 2 cars to do drive byes on to max them. If you hit HQ on a family member or have more than 5 cars and they have du's with guns, this will be considered farming kills. Farming of kills will not be tolerated! Players found farming will be warned the first time and kills reset to 0! The second time, will lead to being banned from the game for 14 days. Third offense will lead to being banned from the game entirely! Please play fairly!! THIS IS BEING CHECKED EVERYDAY FOR PEOPLE FARMING KILLS!!

6. Spamming

We are really strict about spammers. Please do not post links to other MMORPG games on the net, its just out of respect to the programmers who work hard on this game. This includes posting links to sites that contain links to other games. Do not send messages to other players advertising for other games. Your Mafioso character will be banned instantly!

7. Posting

Do not post any attacks on the public boards or in Public chat rooms. Only share attacks with members of your family. Please do not spam, this includes sending mass messages to a player in order to flood their inbox or transfers. Do not put down the game, or the staff. Do not give out the names or contact information of other players on the boards, this includes any personal information. Do not make racial comments in your posts. If you are creating drama towards the game, we will remove you. If your comments are found to be breaking the rules.

8. Profanity/Racial comments

There has been complaints from players with regards to this. This is a game and games are supposed to be fun. If your player name or family name has any excessive profanity or racist comments in it then you will be asked to change it (if family) or be banned (player name) and told why. Mild adult language will be allowed in player names, but if we find your name to have excessive profanity (ie. f*ck, c*nt), it will be removed. There is NO swearing on the Recruiting Or Message Boards. You can do whatever you like in your family board an union board, as they are not monitored. Profiles or profile pics that get complaints will be issued a warning. If the issue continues you will be removed from the game! This game reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime!

9. Threatening Messages/Racial Comments

This is a Mafia based game and insults and threats are a part of that. However, sending messages that personally threaten another player or their lively hood will result in you being removed from the game. You are welcome to tell someone you are going to take out them and their whole family (game wise). You are not allowed, for example, to tell someone you know where they live and are coming to get them or to wish any diseases on them or their family. This is a game and it's meant to be fun. Keep your threats to within the game. Abusive messages also will not be tolerated. Insulting someone's race, religion, mental/physical handicaps or sexual orientation will result in your removal. You will be reported to the FBI cyber crime units. Making threats on the internet is not different than making them in person. The same law's apply and the FBI cyber crime unit, will pursue charges. This game will help, provide any and all information. To help file charges and have you prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! Threaten people is a serious crime and will not be tolerated!!!

10. Game Names/Family Names

Excessive profanity, racial slurs, religious slurs, strong sexual content or derogatory names against players or any of the groups named in Rule 8 are not allowed for game names or family names. If we come to believe your name implies any of the above, your account will be removed from the game. If your family name is one of these, you will be asked to disban and rename your family. If you fail to do so, you will be removed from the game.

11. Nudity

Though this is an 18 and over game, nudity is not allowed on profiles or family medias. Strong sexual content is also not allowed. You will be given an opportunity to remove the offensive material or it may be removed for you. If you refuse to replace it or continue to abuse this rule, you will be removed from the game.

12. Family

The size of families is restricted a certain amount of members depending on the round. You are free to have alliances or family extension but we are not responsible for that and do not provide any tools to handle them. Allied families and family extensions cannot use the same icon. Each family needs to have a unique icon.

13. Bad links and Hacking

Do not send links that can affect an account or computer to players within the game. Do not threaten that you are a hacker or will hack the game. Doing so will cause your account to be banned. *Please be advised, Mobster Empires will not be held responsible or make any corrections for any URL's or outside programs sent to you within the game (or outside the game) that may have affects on your account. If you receive a link to a website in game we strongly urge against you pasting it into your browser.

14. Abusing Staff

The staff is here to answer your questions, fix your problems and handle your complaints. They are the ones that keep the game running. They are volunteers and work hard. They also enforce the rules which mean that often they are not popular. If you have a problem with a staff member, report it to another staff member or to the Staff Manager or Supervisor. Sending the staff abusive messages or bashing them on the boards or your profile will result in your removal from the game. If you do not like the way the game is run or have an issue with the owner. Then do not play, you have the right to quit the game anytime. We reserve the right to refuse service of the game to anyone at anytime. For not following the rules or TOS. We will always try to work the issue out before banning someone. If the issue continues, we will take the necessary steps to prosecute be law!

15. Common Sense

Just because the rule isn't listed here, doesn't make it right. Please think before you take action or make a comment. There are people playing this game from all parts of the world. What may seem like a joke to you could easily be very insulting to someone else. If you cant act like a mature adult and know the difference between being funny and not. You will be removed from the game and if necessary charges will be filled against you!

16. Reserve Packs

When buy one get one get one free, reserve packs are available. They apply to reserve packs only. It never applies to family reserve packs no exceptions in any round!!

17. Donations Packs

Any Subscription, advanced turn rate,reserves,reserve packs,family packs are considered a DONATION to the game! (If you can't afford to lose it, or spend it...DON'T) NO CHARGE-BACKS will be tolerated or accepted.(This is a Permanent Ban offense). Under many State laws this is Considered " Theft of Service, and or Fraud". It is punishable by up to 3 years in Jail or Prison, and a very hefty fines. This offense would be subject to the laws of the State in which the owner resides.

These rules can change at anytime with or without notice. It is your responsibility to check and know the rules of the game!
